Return to “as was” pre-incident condition
Damage Assessment
Mobilization
Ordering of Major Materials / Equipment
Clearing and cleaning
Decontamination (if required)
Materials / Equipment delivery timing
Obstacles to the execution of work which might affect timing or duration
